Manly Pavilion lounges on Federation Point in casual sophistication and hatted style. Named Best New Restaurant 2010 by The Age Good Food Guide, the newcomer is set only for success. The heritage-listed building has been rejuvenated to its original grandeur with a sleek new edge by well-known architects Squillace Nicholas. Inspiration drawn from its 1930's design and the modern fashion of the menu harmonise through organic Queensland black walnut timber, Italian marble terrazzo, riverstone speckled flooring, and dark leather banquettes. While historic influences characterise Manly Pavilion, the restaurant boasts a timeless asset - the shimmering waterfront view.

Manly Pavilion embodies two moods created through the Heritage Room’s 1930's classic beauty, and the Pavilion Room’s clean modern lines and cool colours. Features around the Heritage Room such as the high cream arches hint of the building’s past while rich timber, warm brown leather seating, and gold details create a space of elegance. The warm and relaxing atmosphere is particularly inviting during the winter months with the locals, while the tourists are off admiring another set of waterviews. Conversations run long into the night by the open fireplace along with a bottle of red from the well-rounded wine list. The Pavilion Room has been created with colours of riverstone, sand and timber that complement the waters in the distance. In summertime, glass panels open up to the sea breeze where guests lounge in the sun with rosé wine and fresh oysters.
